It is good enough but it kind of just tasted like pot roast. I might add some ginger next time time

The sauce didn’t thicken in the crock pot so I ended up pouring it into a sauce pan and boiling it with more corn starch there. Overall a good dish; but it was missing something I can’t put my finger on. I think next time I’ll season the meat directly with a little pepper and garlic.
