Delicious. I airfried the lamb shanks on 240 for 15 minutes to start the fat off them 4 hours in slow cooker. Fell off the bone and tasted great. Will make again

Very very nice. Followed the recipe exactly and it turned out perfectly. Definitely a keeper and I will make it again!
