Made as is, mostly. Forgot mushrooms on accident ,but still delicious. Easy to make and excited to make again with mushrooms next time!

It turned out really well and it tlasted as good as it looked. The recipe was very easy to follow and the cooking time was spot on.

Hearty and delicious! Everything turned out really tender in the crockpot. The hardest thing was finding where the barley was at the store.
