Excellent and very easy recipe. A few of my own notes, I sautéed the onions a little before dumping them in the slow cooker for extra flavour. Used filet mignon since they were on special that week.. And for those who don’t like mushrooms like my son, I sautéed them after with oil and garlic after the soup was done and then added to the soup. Cranked the slow cooker on high for 10 minutes until the mushrooms soaked all the flavours.
All in all, an amazing recipe. Thank you!!!
