I thought this turned out well. Prep before adding all to crock pot took about 45 min. I used <3 lb of beef and thought it was still a little much. And I used less than 1/2 flour because the liquid from the simmering tasted great and I wanted to limit thickness. Pretty rich and filling. Will likely add a few more vegetables next time and limit beef to 2 lb. Thanks for recipe.

Very good, a little salty due to the beef broth . Easy to change that for next time .
I will definitely make it again.
