I was looking for a very tender meat entree for my husband and this fit the bill perfectly.
It is an easy an delicious method of cooking pork tenderloin and the sauce exceeds
expectations! I cooked in slow cooker for 4 hours and the pork with the glaze added the
last hour was perfect! Shredded meat and served over yakisoba noodles.

Delicious and so easy to make…the balsamic sauce is so yummy we put it on everything!

Very good, but it’s a bit sweet and I didn’t feel the savory part with seasoning and meat was enough

My family loved this! The glaze makes it so tasty! Christmas Eve will be the 3rd time I make it for special occasions

My husband said this was the best tenderloin he’s ever had. I only used about 3/4 cup of brown sugar in the glaze and the roasted Brussels sprouts I made as a side were marvelous with the added glaze.

Second time making. Got recipe from sister. This is her variation. 1 pc. 3-6# pork tenderloin. 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar. 1 cup water. 1/4 cup honey. 3 Tbsp brown sugar. 1 Tbsp minced garlic. 1 tsp onion powder. Black pepper to taste. 2 Tbsp soy sauce. 2 Tbsp cold water & 1 T tsp corn starch. Cook on high for 4-5 hrs or low for 8. When done, strain sauce into pan, bring to boil, add cornstarch & water mix to make glaze.

Really great, the glaze was delicious. I do feel the pork did not need the whole four hours. It was finished sooner.

The glaze is definitely the star of this recipe! The pork was also delicious. I used thyme instead of sage and it turned out great.

Fantastic! And easy! I only used 1 cup of brown sugar, and skipped the garlic because I didn’t feel like dealing with garlic.

I made this last weekend. Found it a bit too sweet. If I make it again, I would reduce the amount of brown sugar to just 1 cup and maybe increase the amount of soy sauce to 5 tablespoons to cut the amount of sweetness.

Amazing. The things I did differently was I browned it on the grill. I cooked it 4 min each side giving it that nice squared burn the grill does .
I used thyme instead of sage.
I cooked it on low the whole time. I sliced my 2lb tenderloin in half, long ways . It finished in about two hours.
Left it on warm until the mash potatoes and Brussel sprouts were down.
The glaze was amazing on the Brussel sprouts as well.
The meat ended up sooo tender !

We were short on time, so I made this in my instant pot--first time to use the instant pot. I would have liked it to be just a little more tender, but other than that (and it was probably my fault that it wasn't tender-er) we all loved it. Even my youngest daughter who doesn't like any new food! The leftovers will be wonderful, and everyone was right, the glaze was delicious with the mashed potatoes. A question to others, what veggies did you serve with it?

It was really good. But next time I make it, I'm going to cut the balsamic vinegar in half. Left a bitter taste after eating.

So delicious! I cooked it in the Instant Pot instead of the slow cooker for 5 minutes, with 1 cup chicken stock and a little balsamic. The balsamic glaze is to die for!

The whole family loved it. I cut the brown sugar in half and cooked it for about 3 hours on low and 1 hour on high as per other reviewers suggestions.
