Substituted the maple syrup for honey and used honey flavored oats with almonds. Tasted just like apple pie!

A nice treat, but needs a little tweaking next time. Maybe less syrup?

Easy and awesome. I sprinkled a little cinnamon on top and added some cloves to the bottom of the slow cooker for aroma. I served it with vanilla ice cream and it was a huge hit!

Very tender, but still with a bite to the apple. Not very sweet, but good. Wish i had used honey instead. Also, cinnamon would have been good.

Didn’t like the flavor combo.

This was so good! The apples were cooked perfectly, and the granola gave it a sweet filling. It tasted like apple pie with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. This is an excellent recipe to throw in the crock pot and not worry about it til it's done.

These were so easy to make and they were absolutely amazing. I added a little extra maple syrup and butter drizzle but I also used more apples than called for. I also used a brown sugar cinnamon flavored granola. They were a huge hit with my guests and I will definitely be making them again!
