    I made these today and the flavor was very nice however I had a full two cups of liquid at the end of the cooking time, the lower level of legs were done nicely boiling in the juices but the ones on top were still not quite done. I think next time I will remove the skins from the legs and see if that helps otherwise I have to believe these were pumped full of water at the market.
