tastes great!! but too expensive to make often. I had about 3 lbs of ribs, enough for 3 meals, cost $24. I took the meat out, and cooled the sauce, scraped off the fat, put the meat into portions the the freezer to use on rice or noodles. It's not a lot of meat, so I'll have to make a bowl with lots of veggie.
