Delicious and healthy. The honey/garlic/ginger really makes this. I’m making it again! Used 4lbs of beef and froze a batch - it also thawed out nicely. I was surprised you could leave in the bell peppers for ten hours, but it worked. I left out the snap peas and made them on the side so the snap peas wouldn’t be soggy.

I think the cup of beef broth watered the flavors down too much, but other than that it was great
