It was excellent! I slow cooked it on the grill with wood chips. Also, I used a simple mop of Sweet Baby Rays and vinegar (about 1:1) every 30 min.
The result is that we wiped out the ribs we had to eat which was about 50% more than I thought we would have. Great stuff!
