Next time I may substitute the ketchup, most ketchup has high fructose corn syrup in it making the calorie count for this recipe even higher. Overall good flavor though!

Family's new favorite! Could be that 1/2 c brown sugar. Just used oil to brown pork in and regular mustard as no dijon on hand.
