- 1 btl. root beer (12 oz.)
- 1 cup barbecue sauce (Sweet Baby Ray’s, or your favorite, more if desired/needed)
- 1 stick melted butter (or some EVOO)
- 2 tsp. minced garlic
- 6 rolls (large bakery-style)
- 3 cups lettuce (shredded or coarse chopped)
- 2 Tbsp. butter (real)
- 1/3 cup diced red onion (small)
- 2 slices cooked bacon (crisp, snipped into tiny pieces)
- 1 Tbsp. jalapeños (minced pickled, or use fresh if you have them)
- 1/2 tsp. minced garlic
- 1/4 mustard (rounded tsp.)
- 1/8 tsp. cayenne
- 12 oz. Velveeta® (cut into small cubes)
- 2 Tbsp. beer (can sub apple juice or white grape juice, or use all milk)
- 1 Tbsp. milk
