- 1 can diced tomatoes (Ro-Tel Brand, and Green Chilis Liquid and all, do not drain)
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 rotisserie chicken (Breast, Diced From a store bought, fully cooked, removed from the bones, skin removed)
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 cup shredded monterey jack cheese
- sandwich rolls (Serve with Fresh made, or store bought of course)
