Refreshing! I didn’t use everything I cut up because I used a jar for it. But I put aside to use again! Didn’t use the ginger though :/

So while this may taste good.
It won't slim and it won't detox your body.
- It won't slim because your overall diet and exercise is responsible for this. It's a matter of too much energy vs too little activity.
- It's a matter of your liver either having the nutrients it needs TO detox your blood vs not having the nutrients.
Fruit, roots and vegetables having no detox or slimming effect other than providing less energy than that of fat.
Please stop using detox as a way of getting attention. You do more harm than good.

Great detox water. Taste great and easy to make. I drank it for seven days and I can see the difference.

The first night I thought it was very refreshing and enjoyable, but the second day it was very bitter and struggled to drink.

I did make as directed but the mint turned very bitter the next day so now I use less mint and have been putting whatever else I have on hand, like strawberries to mix it up. Refreshing and good for digestion.

I really liked it! the ginger was an interesting mix!
I found it refreshing. Also I recommended it to my friends. I did not put 25 mint leaves. Just a few. I could still taste the mints. I did not want an overpowering taste of mint
