Incredible. Absolute perfect juiciness and just the right amount of other flavors. Had to add red onions but it didn’t need anything else.

Overall the tacos were great. I would for the next time use Flank steak. Skirt steak was a bit difficult to cut and sort for tacos. At times it got a bit messy.
