This is truly an awesome recipe. The muffins are flavourful and just “so good”. Adults and kids alike just love them. Second time I make them within the last couple of weeks - I think they will become a staple item within our home. Thanks for sharing this recipe - so glad I came across it!

A little bit dry but delicious! next time I will keep a little more of the water in the zucchini and added more applesauce.
