- 2 cloves garlic (chopped)
- 12 oz. roasted red peppers (drained)
- 56 oz. chopped tomatoes (I used San Marzano style)
- 2 cups chicken broth (. start with a cup - if you want it thinner add more)
- 1/4 tsp. red chili flakes (adjust to your taste)
- 1 tsp. fresh basil (handful chopped, or 2 dried more fresh basil for garnish)
