I wanted this to be for breakfast so I added some nutritional boost to it. Since I don't eat sugar anyway, I left the sugar out of the peaches & used maple syrup for the topping instead of brown sugar. (The peaches are sweet enough on their own anyway.) I also added a pinch of ginger to the peaches along with the cinnamon. I used 1/2 the butter for the topping & added some chopped almonds. I also put in some chia seeds with the peaches & topped each serving with a dollop of Greek yougurt after it was baked. My husband loved it. I'll definitely make this again!

Great! Used butter and it was really good! We want to try it with apples and cranberries this Fall. It's nice to not have dessert leftovers.
