  • 2 cups green beans (cut into 1-inch pieces, or frozen, thawed, fresh is definitely better, but frozen is easier)
  • 8 cups vegetable broth (low-sodium, or chicken broth)
  • 2 cups water
  • 15 ounces tomato sauce
  • 14 ounces diced tomatoes
  • 15 ounces pinto beans
  • 2 pounds ground turkey (cooked)
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 4 cups fresh spinach (chopped, or one 10-ounce package frozen chopped spinach, thawed)
