- 14.5 oz. diced tomatoes (fire-roasted, undrained)
- 1 cup tomato sauce (I like using jarred tomato sauce but canned is ok, 8 ounce can)
- 1 cup mexican style four cheese blend (light, shredded)
- 2 tsp. chili powder
- 1 tsp. cumin
- 6 Tbsp. fat free sour cream (or fat-free plain yogurt, optional)
- 6 Tbsp. salsa
