Very good recipe. Added worcestershire sauce and garlic powder to mix for more flavor. Might add chopped walnuts to the turkey mixture next time as it lacked texture. Using pre-made mashed potatoes cut down on time.

We love these and make them every couple of weeks for family dinners (I've even started making a double batch as they are easy to take for lunch). I normally add a ketchup/ balsamic vinegar or Worcestershire sauce glaze on the meat as it's cooking. I'll also add a little parsley in the potatoes. The thyme works perfectly with the moist turkey meatloaf. They are perfect!!!
