I’m going to do this all in my cast iron skillet. Cook the chicken as described, but then add marinara, cheese, toppings right into the skillet and on chicken and finish in the oven. Serve over noodles (fettuccine mixed w some Livivia shirataki) w vegetables side

Amazing! Definitely putting this into our meal rotation. I baked the chicken with pesto on top instead of pan frying, and it came out delicious. I threw some cherry tomotoes in the pan as well, and paired with speghetti squash for low carb option. It was a big hit with the whole family!

I really liked this recipe, however I used the marinara recipe from Gimme Some Oven.

We grilled chicken on gas grill, moved to oven to bake.. Fantastic. I did use Bertolli pasta sauce because I didn’t have crushed tomatoes on hand. Definitely will try the homemade next time!

Would have been more tender if cooked in the crockpot rather then fast cooked in the over.

The basil pesto added a deeper flavor.to the traditional taste of Chicken Parmesan. This one’s a keeper.
