- 2 Tbsp. peanut oil (may substitute canola or olive oil if desired, but peanut taste won’t be as strong)
- 1 tsp. sesame oil (like this)
- 5 green onions (chopped, green tops reserved for garnish, optional)
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes (depending on heat preference)
- 1/4 tsp. ground ginger
- 1 orange (juiced, and peel reserved)
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. peanut butter
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 Tbsp. white vinegar
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/3 cup cornstarch (mixed with just enough water to make a milky liquid)
