These fries are a little time consuming, since I didn’t have a mandolin to cut potatoes. But worth every delicious mouthful. I will definitely make these again.

These turned out great I wish there was more Parmesan cheese in the recipe to give the fries added flavor.

A really good *healthier* alternative to French fries. I had a hard time getting them to brown so once I knew the potatoes were cooked I used the broiler. So good and versatile for any type of toppings or seasonings.
