- 1 1/4 lb. ground turkey
- 2 Tbsp. canola oil
- 1 Tbsp. annatto powder
- 1 Tbsp. smoked paprika
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 2 tsp. worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. soy sauce
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. chili powder (Hot Mexican)
- 1 Tbsp. minced garlic
- 1 jalapeno (sliced)
- 1/4 red pepper (sliced lengthwise)
- 1/4 green pepper (sliced lengthwise)
- 2 buns
- 8 slices pepperjack cheese
- salt
- 2 pieces iceberg lettuce

Directions
- Season the ground turkey with salt and pepper and form into 4 patties.
- Heat a cast iron skillet on medium high heat and add the oil.
- When warm, add the patties.
