Good and easy recipe. Needs a little bit more flavor though, even after 6 garlic cloves.
Edit: last time I made this, I was too tired to notice that I had not added the garlic early enough, and it had not cooked properly. Making it again, this time well rested, it tastes much better. I added less flour than recommended since I don’t like the taste and texture of white sauce, and instead added some cheese. I also added onions to bring out the flavor. Very good, would recommend

Simple dish, delicious and great for everyone. I only wish I doubled it because I wanted more!

Loved it! I added extra mushrooms and used 1% milk. Tasty, fast, and was good the next day!

This turned out perfectly. I used regular milk and added cheese so I made it pretty unhealthy, but it really hit the spot

This turned out great! I doubled it. Also used chick pea pasta, corn starch instead of flour, and added leftover baked chicken. And as usual, extra garlic. Bomb.

Tried it for the family dinner tonight it was a success, it was really good I loved it. I’ve been trying new vegan recipes recently and this one is the best so far.

i liked this as a alternative to my heavy cream mushroom sauce as i was looking for something a bit more healthy. i scraped the cilantro and added thyme after adding the almond milk and stirred in parmesan after removing from heat
