- 1 cup hot sauce (Franks Red, or your favorite hot sauce, use less if you want it to be less spicy, more if you want to burn your mouth off :)

I made this for a bunch of men and women watching the football game. This was a huge hit. The cauliflower is used as a thickening agent. I would say to use a little less than a cup of Red Hot if you have a mild crowd.
