Second time I have made this salad and both times have turned out to perfection. Love this salad.

I substituted turkey bacon, used apple cider vinegar (1 tbsp) and agave instead of sugar and it turned out great. I also put the broccoli in the air fryer for two minutes to soften it up and make it more flavorful. I will be making this version more often!

Omgosh!!! This is so good! I used real bacon bits (helped with timing), and plain yogurt bc that’s what I had on hand. I wasn’t sure how much broccoli I had compared to the recipe, so I did 3/4 cups of yogurt and kinda played with the rest of it. Will definitely make again and now I won’t feel so bad for eating all of it! Haha

Good recipe. Lighter than my original recipe- very tasty. I will make this again.
