    These are the best... totally simple and taste great... definitely going to make again!

    Easy to make, but I am not used to chicken as sausage patty, so will try to mix with ground pork next time. I also think this would make a great chicken burger. Instead of 8 little patties, just make bigger ones. I also tried the second time using a mixture of minced chicken and minced pork, it tasted even more sausage like.
