cooked this recipe for my husband and myself and was delicious. i served it with blueberry chia jam and plain yoghurt and swapped the sugar for ricemalt syrup and it turned out yummy.

Yum! Changed a little:
1/2 c. Oatmeal-ground to flour
3 whole eggs
2 bananas
1 t. baking powder
1 t. vanilla
1 t. cinnamon
...not quite as skinny, but delicious! Topped with mashed blueberries and stevia leaves from my garden. :-)
