- 1/4 tsp. baking powder
- 2 tsp. granulated sugar
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. fat free milk
- 1/8 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 2 Tbsp. unsweetened applesauce
- 2 Tbsp. apples (chopped, 1/2-inch cubes, make sure you don't leave this out, as the cake batter relies partly on the sugar from the apples to provide sweetness. Also try choosing sweeter apple varieties rather than tart ones)
