- nonstick cooking spray
- 1/2 lb. 85% lean ground beef
- 1/4 tsp. salt (for meat sauce)
- 1/8 tsp. black pepper (for meat sauce)
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder (for meat sauce)
- 3/4 tsp. Italian seasoning (for meat sauce)
- 1 1/2 cups marinara sauce
- 12 oz. low-moisture ricotta cheese
- 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 tsp. salt (for ricotta mixture)
- 1/8 tsp. black pepper (for ricotta mixture)
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder (for ricotta mixture)
- 1/2 tsp. italian seasoning (for ricotta mixture)
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Line two large baking sheets with parchment paper. Set aside.
- Use a mandolin or a sharp knife to slice the zucchini lengthwise into 1/8-inch ribbons. Arrange the zucchini ribbons in a single layer on the baking sheet.
