It’s very flavorful. I seasoned my chicken and let it marinate for 4 hours before cooking the meal. I also designed the sauce and used a Chardonnay instead of cooking wine. I will add mushrooms next time. I didn’t use the bacon because my husband doesn’t eat pork so I seasoned the oil with garlic before frying the chicken. I also used thighs instead of breasts for better flavor.
