We served this warm with vanilla ice cream and it was so yummy! Going to enjoy the last bit of leftovers tonight.
Used about 3 cups of rhubarb and 1-2 cups of strawberries, but otherwise followed the recipe
Note: next time I will try cooking it in a Dutch oven

Made it three times, always a success. Love the tart flavor of rhubarb, my guests too. Definitely a keeper! 😊

Loved this. Made it with rhubarb and once with cherries, I feel like this would be good with any fruit. My husband requests this when I want to make something desserty with fruit. Although I must say that my culinary trained brother says this is not a cobbler. Regardless of what it is I like it!
