I think next time I will just cook the pasta separately as directed on package. This way I needed to add more and more water as it was cooking as the water was boiling down to barely being there. With homemade pesto, this was delicious though. I added a few handfuls of baby spinach in the end and gave it a chance to wilt down just prior to serving.

This was so easy (a key thing for me) and delicious!! Although I cut the shrimp down to a pound, and used half of the pasta and it was perfect for 2. Thanks for sharing this recipe! :)
