I use less meat and almost double the noodles after making it a few times! So yummy and easy!

Loved this quick “lasagne” version for a hearty dinner. Only two of us so I froze 1/2 to save for later - just top with more mozzarella, bake & serve.

Easy and quick to make. Looks delicious! I used ground beef and sausage and cooked the noodles separately.
