Super easy meal- added spices to our taste - garlic, pepper, salt. Tastes like campfire foil dinners. Used cast iron Pan for the whole meal. Yumm

This is a really quick and simple meal! If you like breakfast for dinner add a fried or poached egg on top and it’s amazing!

I had been thinking about a dish like this for a few days, so we made it last night and it did not disappoint! We quartered the potatoes and cut into quarter-inch slices, put the onion in with the potatoes, and added a little paprika and seasoned salt to give it a little extra flavor. The orange bell pepper was a great touch! Pretty quick and easy after work meal, can't wait to make it again!

This was good but the seasoning is too simple. I added some extra. I think I added garlic powder and probably chili powder. I do like how easy the recipe was. Minimal ingredients. Quick cooking. I did par cook the potatoes.

Very good, and very easy. I added some extra creole seasoning to help out the recipe, and it worked well with it. Next time I may try with smoked sausage instead just to see the difference.

So yummy and perfect for this freezing cold weather we are having here. I love breakfast for dinner and this was a great, cheap and quick hash. To add a bit more of a breakfast flare I added an "egg over easy" on top of each plate..amazing!!

Delicious! Very tasty! No changes to this recipe! I'd make it again! My husband loved it and he's picky!

It was pretty good. I wouldn't recommend pre-cooking the kielbasa, as I preferred the less burnt flavor. I also added some barbecue sauce and mixed in right at the end, to add a bit of flavor, as the straight hash was a bit bland.
Goes well with a simple salad, or veggie sticks.

I make this In the oven, with Italian dressing instead of the olive oil. Dice up potato, onion, bell peppers (any color) and kielbasa sausage. Marinate in Italian dressing, about 1/4 to 1/2 cup, for about an hour. then pour it all in a 8x8 baking pan, roast at 325degrees, for about an hour, or until potatoes are done. Granted this way takes longer, but it's a great fix and forget oven meal for a cold winter night! Real comfort food.

I used turkey smoked sausage, red bell pepper (because I like the color), and cold, boiled potatoes and added a peeled, chopped apple. I sauteed the onion and pepper in olive oil, then threw the cold potatoes, apple, and turkey sausage rounds into the skillet and let the flavors cook and blend. The potatoes turned crusty on the outside, and the apples were tender crisp, adding another texture. The meal just disappeared!
