It turned out fantastic. I am a huge potato lover and I always look for different ways to prepare them.
Not only do these taste great, but they are so simple to make.
I use these for breakfast and as a side at dinner. They will be good to reheat for a few days.

Wanted a simple & tasty Home Fries recipe & this did not dissapoint - all simple ingredients I had on hand plus I added a little red pepper for added flavor and color. All that and extra serving to heat up later since I live alone. The flavor hits every taste bud for my Veggie Omelet. You must try!!!!

My family loves these. I didn’t’t have the onion so simply left it out and they are amazing. I start them on high heat to get them a little crunchy on outside

It was delicious! I actually didnt put a cover on it, instead i just watched it but it turned out great!
