Very tasty! I used fresh minced garlic and dry garbanzo beans that I cooked. I also added a can of diced tomatoes, a bit of cayenne, coriander, and freshly chopped cilantro to garnish.

Very easy to make and delicious. Added a bit of broth as it seemed a bit dry so was perfect.

It was so yummy delicious! The tips you gave made all the difference in the world! My sister is on a special diet and can only have so much of each ingredient. This recipe met her meal plan perfectly! Also, I had some turkey links and pita bread. We forewent the beans and used stuffed a whole grain pita bread with it and it was super yummy delicious, also!

Very good, but a little dry. I might add some more liquid next time. My 1 year old daughter really enjoyed it!

Easy recipe with lots of texture and flavor. I just wish it had some sort of sauce to accompany it.

We actually liked this dish a lot. I made it with no oil and 99% fat free ground turkey. I added one red bell pepper, thinly sliced and then cut in thirds and fresh basil, mint and cilantro. I put in some extra dates - small dice on the dates. Served it over the cabbage mix the recipe author has on her site. Definitely will make again but will probably sub garam masala for some of the curry.
