Loved this recipe. I added extra cumin and about a 1/4 cup of Salsa Verde and it turned out awesome. Definitely a “do over”! This is a great recipe for those who are following the KETO diet as I am. I was to glad to find a delicious recipe that had normal ingredients that I have usually have on hand.
