Excellent, we loved this dish. I add about 1 c. diced mushrooms to the sauté. Definitely garnish w fresh parsley. Served with steamed green beans and a bag of stuffing on the stove top. Hit it all w more S and P to taste when serving.

The only thing I changed was that I added a little bit or flour to thicken the sauce. It was amazing! My dinner guests were scrapping their plates for the sauce. I made rice to soak ups the sauce with the chicken and pan cooked broccoli with butter, garlic, and crushed red bell pepper to go with it.

Perfect quick weeknight meal! Also excellent way to use up the white wine weirdos leave in my house. All wine should be red
