There’s nothing hard about making soft tacos. Boneless chicken thighs, your favorite taco fillings, a skillet and an oven are all you need.

  • 4 Tyson® Fresh Boneless Skinless Chicken Thighs
  • 1 package taco seasoning mix (1 1/4 oz., divided)
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 6 flour tortillas (6 inch)
  • 1/2 cup refried beans (canned)
  • 1 cup Mexican cheese blend (shredded)

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Spray baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray.
    2. Cut chicken in 1/2" pieces. Sprinkle 1 tablespoon taco seasoning onto chicken.
    3. Spray medium nonstick skillet with cooking spray. Heat over medium-high and add seasoned chicken. Cook and stir 3-4 minutes or until done (internal temp 170°F).

    Great foundation for Buffalo Chicken Tenders. I dipped the tendys in egg before rolling them in the dry mixture because I didn't believe that I would be able to get enough of the mix to stick. I used Garlic & Parmesan Panko crumbs which added a great flavor. I can't believe how good equal parts melted butter and hot sauce is. Good lord.

    if this recipe was a super hero it would be Mr.Fantastic because this tasted absolutely amazing. only thing i did different was adding other types of seasonings alongside the taco. would definitely recommend and make again!

    Swapped the 1/3 cup water for 1/3 cup heavy cream and cooked it just a little longer (7 or 8 minutes instead of 5) to thicken. Turned out great! Served topped with sour cream.
