Turned out great - I really liked the texture of the tortillas. I also put the skillet in the oven to melt the cheese, which I will do again.

This is a winner, so simple to make. Went with Hanover charro flavored pinto beans. Especially like the texture of the cut up tortillas mixed in with other ingrediants.

This was so simple and tasty. It only took me like 30min. You can easily add chopped onion and hot sauce.

great recipe! have made it a couple times now, definitely a new addition to my rotation :)
Turned out great. Was quick and easy. Left it on the burner a little longer than recipe stated, I wanted it to thicken up just a bit
