- 1 green bell pepper (medium, chopped)
- 1 jar Ragu® Old World Style® Pasta Sauce (1 lb. 8 oz.)
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1 1/4 cups rice (uncooked, regular or converted white)
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (about 4 oz.)

Directions
- In 12-inch nonstick skillet, brown ground beef and green pepper over medium-high heat; drain.
- Stir in Pasta Sauce, water and rice. Bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to low and simmer covered, stirring occasionally, 35 minutes.
- Sprinkle with cheese and cook covered 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
