These were delicious!
Notes to self: I used 348g of oat bran to replace the wheat bran. I used half butter and half coconut oil. I used 1.5 cup sugar and no molasses. I used 3/4 cup milk, 1.5 cup sour cream + yogurt, and 1 3/4 cup orange juice to replace the buttermilk. Next time I would use 2tbsp baking powder and 1tbsp baking soda (noticed a bit of a baking soda taste with the way the recipe it written.

This recipe turned out excellent with a substitution of 1 cup flaxseed for the wheat flour. Moist, sweet and only 150 calories.
