This recipe is great, super easy, quick, and very tasty—my wife raved (I even raved a little, but only a little—I didn’t want to be immodest.) I seared it on the grill for about a minute and a half each side, and it was perfect. Added whole green onions to the grill for garnish and taste. Paired well with a 2011 Hensteeth Pinot Noir.

This is seriously SO good. My husband LOVED it - he said it was nice restaurant level. Was easy and fun to make. I paired with a cabbage crunchy asian slaw with very similar ingredients I already had on the counter from this recipe, and black rice. 100.

I love that I can prepare such a delicious dinner in no time. It turned out perfect and I had it with asian bok choy.

I have a gas stove so seared steaks on high for 20-30 seconds each side and they came out perfectly seared rare /medium rare. Really amazing! These were previously frozen steaks from sams club so I can only imagine what fresh sushi grade would have been like!!!! My new favorite!
