    It turned out as one big clump of bitter batter. Definitely not worth the ingerdients that had to go into it. To dry, and it looks nothing like the picture. Total waste. 😡

    I liked the denseness of the cake, but it was definitely toooooo bitter. If you make this cake, you'll want to put some frosting, chocolate, or some sweet topping on it to offset the bitter cake.

    Added 4 mashed dates, and reduced to 1tbsp agave nectar. Then topped with 1tsp Nutella & homemade ice cream: so, SO delicious, am sure to make again!
