I’ll know in about five minutes but so far easy to make other than peeling and chopping apples, makes an easy breakfast when you have varying amounts of people to cook for

They turned out great! But I had to add milk because the batter was more like cookie batter. Maybe that was because I used coconut oil

Definitely had to play with the amounts of oil, flour, sugar (as others mentioned below), but they turned out great! I'll be making them again for sure.

SO delicious! Used half the oil and did half cup applesauce. Super moist and kids LOVED them.

Too much oil and sugar. Very cake-like. In fact, later in the day, I warmed up a couple and ate them with cool whip. They are not disappearing at my house.

These muffins turned out super! I substituted applesauce for the oil and added 1/4 cup sunflower seeds.

They were ok, not that sweet. And I added coconut and a cinnamon glaze. But they were really easy to make.
