- 3 tomatoes (Handfulls of sweet smaller, I used a small yellow pear shaped variety)
- 1/4 purple onion (Finely Diced)
- 1/2 English cucumber
- 3 pinches salt (Maldon Seat, or similar)
- 1/4 tsp. kosher salt
- black ground pepper (Fresh)
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1/8 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 7 basil leaves (Fresh Medium Sized, + a few small ones for garnish, optional)
- 3 Tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
- 3 garlic cloves (smashed with skins still on)
- Course Salt and Fresh Ground Pepper to taste

- 10 slices bread ciabatta (or any rustic/crusty loaf of bread you have available.)
